1. Identification

This document governs the purchase of products on naliblu.com, owned by Dosomar Industries S.L., with Tax ID (NIF) B55138838 and registered address at Calle Conca de Barberà, 5, 25300 Tàrrega (Lleida), Spain. For more information, see our Legal notice.

2. Purpose

Naliblu sells sensory and wooden toys, kits and personalised gifts inspired by the Montessori approach, aimed at families with children aged 0 to 6.

3. Purchase process

The user selects the products, adds them to the cart and completes the order by following the steps shown at checkout. Once the purchase is complete, they will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and taxes

The prices shown include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before the purchase is completed.

5. Payment methods

We accept credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.

6. Shipping

The online shop automatically ships throughout Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). For shipping to the Canary Islands or other European countries, customers must first contact us on WhatsApp or through the contact form. Orders are prepared within 24-48 working hours and the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products and the delivery address, and shipping is free on orders of €49 or more. More information in our Shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact hola@naliblu.com stating your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form found in our Returns policy, although its use is not mandatory.

Exception: products that are personalised or made to the customer's specifications (engravings, names, personalised kits) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, under article 103 of the TRLGDCU.

8. Returns and refunds

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We ask you to return the product in good condition and, if possible, in its original packaging. If the product shows use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund.

We will refund the order amount, including the initial standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until the customer provides proof of having sent it.

9. Guarantees

All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Spanish consumer law. If you receive a faulty product or one different from what you ordered, write to us at hola@naliblu.com and we will cover the shipping costs.

10. Liability

Dosomar Industries S.L. is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, other than as indicated in their instructions.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the website is the property of Dosomar Industries S.L. or of third parties who have authorised its use. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

12. Changes

Dosomar Industries S.L. reserves the right to modify these conditions. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of purchase.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable regulations; for consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
