Shipping areas

The online shop automatically ships throughout Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). For shipping to the Canary Islands or other European countries, write to us on WhatsApp or through the contact form and we will help you with your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery address. You will always see the exact amount before confirming your purchase.

Orders of €49 or more ship free.

Delivery times

We prepare orders within 24-48 working hours and delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Personalised products may need a little more time; if that is the case, we will let you know.

Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to customs procedures that extend the delivery time.

Tracking

When your order leaves our premises, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us at hola@naliblu.com or on WhatsApp as soon as you notice, stating your order number and, if possible, photos of the parcel and the product. We will sort it out with you as soon as possible.
