Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.

To do so, write to us at hola@naliblu.com stating your order number and the products you want to return. You can use the withdrawal form at the end of this policy, although it is not mandatory.

Excluded products

Products that are personalised or made to your specifications (with a name, date, engraving or other details you give us) cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

How to return a product

Once you tell us your decision, we will give you the return address. You must send the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from that notification.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We ask you to return the product in good condition and, if possible, in its original packaging. If the product shows use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund.

Refund

We will refund the order amount, including the initial standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof of having sent it.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty product or one different from what you ordered, write to us at hola@naliblu.com. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs and send you a replacement or refund the amount.

All our products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.
