At Naliblu we take your data seriously. Here we explain clearly what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect

Identification and contact data: first name, surname, email, phone number and shipping and billing address.
Order data: products purchased, amounts, purchase history and any personalisation details you give us (for example, the child's name or a date).
Payment data: handled directly by the payment platforms; we never see or store your full card number.
Browsing data: IP address, device, browser and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies, depending on what you accept in the cookie banner.
Enquiry data: whatever you write to us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.

3. What we use your data for and on what legal basis

Managing your orders, deliveries, returns and after-sales support. Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract.
Answering your enquiries. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in helping you.
Sending you news and offers by email, if you subscribe or tick the box at checkout. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Reminding you about an abandoned cart. Legal basis: our legitimate interest; you can object at any time.
Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Improving the shop and analysing its use through analytics cookies. Legal basis: your consent, only if you accept them.
Preventing payment fraud. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep your data

Order and billing data: for the periods required by law (generally 6 years under commercial and tax regulations).
Enquiries: for as long as needed to resolve them and, afterwards, for a maximum of 1 year.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Cookies: for the period stated in the cookie banner.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers who help us deliver our service, under contract and with data protection safeguards:

Shopify (shop platform and data hosting).
Payment platforms: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Courier companies, only with the data needed to deliver your order.
Microsoft 365, for email management.
WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us through that channel.
Our accounting and tax advisers, and public authorities when required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in Canada or the United States). In those cases, the transfer is made with appropriate safeguards: European Commission adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@naliblu.com with the subject "Data protection". We may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Minors

The shop is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14, except for personalisation details that an adult gives us to prepare a product (for example, the child's name), which we use for that purpose only.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse. All communications with the shop are encrypted (HTTPS).

10. Cookies

We use our own and third-party cookies. Those necessary for the shop to work are always set; analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, where you can also change your choice at any time.
